What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. York County is an overcrowded facility packed to the max with cats. Tiny kittens have come to the shelter and are growing up behind the bars of the cage. Older cats are coming in and barely have a shot to be adopted. Nothing is moving. No one is being adopted. It is just one big stall. This is why we need to help these cats.

HEDWIG has a rather sad story. She was abandoned in the night at the vet's office in a carrier with a note attached, saying her owner could no longer care for her. She was obviously well taken care of as she is a large girl with a love for treats, food and belly rubs. She is blossoming out of her shell, showing us such a personality and with such a story, we are eager to find this girl her forever home. 

She/He is ready to find her/his forever home.  She/He is fixed, FIV/LEUK negative, UTD on vaccines for her/his age, dewormed, and microchipped.
