What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. Fairfield County Animal Control and Adoption Center is an overcrowded facility packed to the max with cats. Tiny kittens have come to the shelter and are growing up behind the bars of the cage. Older cats are coming in and barely have a shot to be adopted. Nothing is moving. No one is being adopted. It is just one big stall. This is why we need to help these cats. 

A gentleman has entered the homes of one of our fosters and each one is here to earn a place in someone's heart! CARMEN has blossomed and we are eager for an adopter to see his bubbling personality. He is super cat friendly and certainly another cat in the home will do him good! He is eager to make friends and learn to be a great family pet. Once this cat trusts you, he will flop over and be by your side. He is eager for head rubs and likes being pet head to tail. Big noises and sudden movements still scare him, so slow and steady is the way to go to earn his heart! 

He is ready to find his forever home.  He is FIV/LEUK negative, UTD on vaccines for his age, dewormed, and microchipped.
