PEANUT & BUTTER come to us from sad circumstances and these babies are in need of new homes. One of the shelter advocates at Chesterfield Animal Shelter had a close family friend that passed away. Before passing, he was just worried about what would happen to his babies. She promised to find them a good home (or homes) and she sent them to us . They're great babies, ready to warm up and cuddle with someone new. They seek attention, want to trust and are ready to become someone's friend!

This baby is spayed/neutered, UTD on vaccinations, is FIV and FeLV/Feline Leukemia Negative, and ready to find a soft spot to land and enjoy a family!

Our cats are available for adoption on Long Island, NY and we are a foster based organization with no shelter facility. We do adopt out-of-state (within reasonable distance) and applications can be found on our website LCARescue.org

At the time of adoption a donation is required before the animal is placed in an adoptive home.

$600 - All dogs

$300 - For dogs deemed seniors by LCAR (generally 8rs and older)

$200- For senior citizens (over 65 yrs of age) adopting senior dogs

$150 - For Kittens

$125 - For Cats
