What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

Lady Bug waited in a overcrowded shelter in SC for months with ZERO interest in her. Unfortunately, Lady Bug is a little older and somehow became extremely overweight before going into the shelter. In the shelter environment, Lady Bug was stuck in a kennel for most of the day, so she was not able to lose any weight. So most adopters wouldn't even give her a chance!

Luckily, the shelter's staff and volunteers reached out to several rescues in hopes of saving her before her time ran out. St Francis Farm stepped up and offered a home to this beautiful girl. We are working with Lady Bug to get her to a healthy weight so that, hopefully, one day we'll be able to find her the forever home she truly deserves!

Until then, Lady Bug will call the farm her home. We are looking for Sponsorship Angels to help fund Lady Bug's care here.

Monthly sponsors will provide a steady stream of funds that ensures Lady Bug can live happy and healthy here at the farm. Funds will go directly to her care for food, medical treatments, safe housing,     and the love and care of our wonderful staff.
