If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

FOSTER UPDATE:

This is KC the six year old beagle boy I’ve been watching this week. It took about two minutes for this guy to make himself at home. He is about 6-7 years old and has the greatest personality. KC loves tennis balls and walks. He is housebroken and has no problem with or without  crates. Every night he does three 360’s in his little bed and snoozes through the night. I can’t say how he is with cats but I have a female cockapoo that is a real alpha, and they are great together. This guy is a mush and just loves attention and petting and giving love back. He will do fine in a home with kids or be a snuggle buddy with a senior. If we had no allergy issues in my home, he would be my foster failure. Still pictures do not do KC justice, cause you can’t see his tail wagging and ears flopping.

KC is a gorgeous beagle mix Approx 7 years old and 32 lbs. Very friendly loving dog, walks well on a leash, always has a wagging tail to greet you. This sweetie is a great companion and is a bit of ladies man, and he doesn't like any competition for their affection. KC beagle boy would do best in a home with female dogs.

At the time of adoption a donation of $250 (dogs over 6 months) and $350 (dogs 6 months and under) is requested before the animal is placed in a new home.
